Terrible news.

Unfortunate news, as reports seem to indicate that former Universal Champion, Kevin Owens is legitimately injured.

WRKD Wrestling took to Twitter to state:

“Kevin Owens has suffered a legitimate injury that is being used to advance the story. It is currently unclear how long he’ll be sidelined. #WWERaw”.

Sean Ross Sapp from Fightful has also reported the news.

Owens is currently one half of the Undisputed Tag Team Champions (along with Sami Zayn), and there were expectations that the duo would defend the Tag Titles at SummerSlam next weekend.
